3.21 Internet Fax Service mode

This mode is used only when the optional Internet fax kit has been installed.

This mode provides the following four items:

• All clear of the information in the optional Internet fax board

• Clear the Administrator’s information

• Display the sum-check of the internet fax board

• Send e-mail for user registration

3.21.1 Clear the information in the optional Internet fax board

To clear the Internet fax settings:

1. Press MENU, *, 2, 4.

2. Select “Backup Data Clear” using the cursor key, then press ENTER.

3. To clear the all information of the Internet fax setting, press [Yes].

If you want to cancel this operation, press [No].

4. To reflect the setting, turn the power off, and then turn on.

Note: You can clear this message by pressing [OK], however the setting is not reflected until to the power

is turned off and on.

Note: When you performed the All RAM clear (see page 3-102) or User data clear (see page 3-102), the

information of Internet fax board will be cleared. So, after doing them, turn the power off and on to

reflect the clearing.
